Jessica Lee is the founder and CEO of OptimizedExecs, bringing nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations grow stronger, operate smarter, and execute with discipline. Her background spans startup environments, mid-market companies, and global enterprises — giving her a unique ability to understand the operational needs of businesses at every stage of growth.
Before building OptimizedExecs into a COO-focused firm, Jessica served in both full-time and fractional COO roles, advising and leading dozens of companies through operational transformation, leadership alignment, and performance improvement. She is known for blending strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach that helps teams move from uncertainty to clarity and from ideas to measurable results.
